About the role:
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Undergraduate. You will be working closely with our team of professionals to gain hands-on experience. Contribute to the preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, FBT returns, BAS and carrying out research.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Preparation of year-end financial statements for various companies and trusts ranging from those listed on the ASX to small family owned businesses
* Compliance with regulatory standards and preparing reports in line with the Australian accounting and auditing standards; and
* Preparation of income tax returns, FBT returns, GST returns, BAS.
About you:
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
* Completing a Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major
DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:
* Strong Communication Skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
