Job Title: Project Manager
About the Role:
This full-time position involves overseeing remote services, scheduling field activities, allocating tasks, and reporting issues to management and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage remote teams on all aspects of required maintenance works including project scope, compliance, resources, and start dates.
* Develop project timelines, labour budgets, and performance indicators for effective team collaboration.
* Deliver progress reports on all aspects of projects and communicate outcomes to management at completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum 5 years of experience in rail maintenance or a senior role outside the rail industry.
* Strong communication skills with ability to effectively interact across all levels.
* Quality-focused individual with high attention to detail.
* Highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software.
Additional Requirements:
* Hold a current Victorian Drivers Licence.
* Hold a National Police Check or be willing to obtain one.
* Ability to pass Rail Industry medical assessment as required.
