**About the Role**:
This is a permanent role which will see you working Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm.

**Key responsibilities include**:
- Ensure follow up is carried out and that all enquiries are actioned
- Managing the end-to-end processing of customer orders, including quoting, processing of orders, taking payments and following up of orders
- Ensure accurate entry of orders and key information into the system
- Answer technical questions relating to doors as well as respond to questions re: installations, deliveries, lead times, variations and issues
- Provide support to external sales representatives
- Manage walk-in showroom enquiries and face-to-face sales at the trade counter
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience in a Customer Service, Call Centre or similar role is a MUST
- Experience in building, timber, doors or similar trades industry highly regarded but not essential
- Ability to pick up a new system and learn technical knowledge noting that 8 weeks classroom training with the National Training Manager will be provided
- Excellent customer service skills, including both verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport with both internal and external customers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good MS Office computer skills, data entry, coupled with strong administration, organisational and time management skills
- Experience with a CRM highly regarded
- Have the desire and drive to be part of a #1 team that thrives to provide customer service excellence
- Own reliable transport and drivers license to get to work
After 6 months, opportunities to work 2 days from home may be available depending on the needs of the team and will be discussed with your manager.
