We are seeking an experienced field engineer to complete an ad hoc on-site visit in Wangaratta, Victoria, supporting one of our enterprise customers.
Scope of Work
* On-site technical support and troubleshooting
* Hardware and infrastructure checks (servers, network, end-user devices)
* Basic network diagnostics and remediation
* Installation, configuration, and validation of equipment as required
* Liaison with remote teams and documentation of findings
Requirements
* Strong technical background in IT infrastructure and networking
* Experience in field engineering or on-site support roles
* Ability to work independently and follow technical instructions
* Availability for a one-off site visit (ASAP)
