HR Generalist Role
This role involves supporting various HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. You will be the first point of contact for employee queries and work closely with the People & Culture team to deliver key initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business, with at least 1-2 years' experience in a generalist HR role. Exposure to a range of HR functions, including recruitment, learning & development, ER/IR, and WHS is highly desirable.
You will be an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills, resilient, professional, and highly organized. The ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders is essential.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the HR inbox as the first point of contact for employee queries
* Maintain and update employee records and HR data with accuracy
* Support the implementation of key HR initiatives and projects
* Assist across all HR sub-functions including onboarding, learning & development, performance, and engagement
* Partner with Payroll, Workforce Planning, and WHS to support compliance and process improvements
* Provide general HR administrative support including reporting and documentation
* Assist with system updates and implementation
Requirements:
* At least 1-2 years' experience in a generalist HR role
* Exposure to a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, L&D, ER/IR, and WHS
* Experience using HRIS platforms
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
