We are seeking a Food Services Assistant | Catering Assistant to help plate up food and serve patients.
This is a maximum term part-time opportunity, working 60 hours per fortnight.

Successful candidates must have the ability to work shifts across a 14-day rotating roster which may involve weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, working a variety of shifts starting from 0630 and 1430.
About The Role
Reporting to the Catering Manager, you’ll be working within a fast-paced team-focused environment. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Your Skills And Experience
- Exceptional customer service
- Being responsive and sensitive to customer information, their needs and wants
- Setting up and plating
- Undertake cleaning duties throughout the department and at ward level whilst keeping in line with HACCP/Food Safety regulations infection control and hospital standards
- Dishwashing
- Demonstrate a excellent work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work loads
- Be reliable, motivated and have a friendly nature
- Allergy control awareness
- Experience within the healthcare industry desirable.
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate of $28.71 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
