- Experience in FedGov or Scheduling for major core technology systems beneficial
- Must have Baseline security clearance, progression within the program available
**The Role**:
A program has been established to implement a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Knowledge Management system and Contact Centre Management software.
- The Program Scheduler will:_
Collaborate with Program Manager and Project Managers to continually monitor and update programs and projects to ensure they are maintained, agreed milestones are met and resources are utilised effectively
- Formulate & develop advanced scheduling methodology that gives continual work flow for the overall work programs.
- Ensure the Master Schedule for the program / projects is maintained.
- Coordinate inter-project dependencies and resource allocation.
- Assists in validating and tracking project delivery activities.
- Ensure that scheduling operates in accordance with the management systems.
- Collaborate with Program Manager and Project Managers to ensuring proper planning is completed prior to the commencement of work and creating schedules.
- Identify potential gaps or obstacles that may compromise the success of projects, trouble shoot and present appropriate strategies to overcome these obstacles.
- Perform resource related analysis and generate insights and recommendation to address risks and issues regarding resource over-allocation and/or under-utilisation.
- Provide governance for project-related scheduling and resource decisions.
**About You**:
- You will have previous experience working within a similar role for a Federal or State government.
- Previous experience providing scheduling duties for projects involving the implementation of CRM, CMS and Contact Centre software technologies.
