As a Claims Consultant, you'll manage life insurance claims from start to finish, providing a seamless experience for customers.
You'll independently manage a portfolio of Total Permanent Disability (TPD) and Income Protection (IP) claims end-to-end. This will involve assessing and analysing claims, calculating and finalising payments, and engaging external experts to deliver timely outcomes.
