**About You**:
Our_ _ideal **Customer Enquiries Administration Officer** will have:
- Experience in delivering high level customer service in a fast-paced, phone based environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven time management and organisational skills and the ability to deliver under pressure.
- Self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail, and committed to personal and professional development.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team, together with the capability to work alone/independently and meet the position objectives
You will need:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module or willingness to obtain
- All applicants will be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and meet the requirements of the genU Covid-19 Vaccination Policy. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccinations during the recruitment process
