We are seeking an experienced Financial Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and business insights to support informed decision-making. Your expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting will enable us to drive business growth and improvement.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Developing and maintaining complex financial models to analyze business performance and forecast future outcomes;
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings;
* Analyzing financial data to inform strategic business decisions and drive business growth;
* Providing regular financial reporting and updates to stakeholders;
* Identifying and implementing solutions to improve financial processes and systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field;
* At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, business planning, or a related field;
* Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis;
* Familiarity with financial software and systems, such as SAP or Anaplan;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
