Social Media Content Creator/Photographer & Admin Assistant
to join our growing team
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes creativity, loves the events industry, and has a passion for bringing visual stories to life. You'll take the lead in developing our digital presence, producing engaging content while also assisting with day-to-day admin tasks.
About the Role
Capture photo and video content of our event setups, behind-the-scenes moments, and styled shoots (including one weekend day for onsite content).
Develop creative ideas and strategies for reels, stories, and posts that resonate with our audience.
Take full ownership of our social media direction (excluding posts), as this is a stand-alone marketing role with full creative freedom.
Be comfortable and confident behind the camera — bringing good energy, personality, and creativity when capturing or appearing in content.
Create and edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
Assist with admin duties, including responding to enquiries, preparing quotes, and general office support.
Work closely with our warehouse and event teams to plan content around upcoming jobs and new product arrivals.
What We're Looking For
Experience in content creation, photography, and videography (preferred).
Confident using editing tools for both photo and video.
Innovative and proactive — able to generate fresh content ideas independently.
Strong understanding of social media trends and how to create content that performs.
Comfortable being on-camera, with a friendly and positive attitude.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Must be available one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) for onsite content capture.
Driver's licence required (for travelling to event locations).
Previous admin experience is a plus.
