* Commercially savvy, you're used to developing and managing budgets for clients while balancing the resourcing and commercial needs of your team and the broader agency

* You can both distil and present ideas with confidence and welcome feedback in the service of delivering outstanding results
* You display a passion for learning and improvement – challenging yourself and taking on feedback to continuously grow both personally and professionally
THE ASK
* 3 years minimum experience in a similar role in an agency or PCO environment
* Conference and Exhibition/Trade Show experience is a must, including experience working with EventsAIR
* Diverse experience preferred in the delivery of experiences (conferences, incentives, destinations, activations, and exhibitions) for corporate, association and/or private clients
* Strong capability in venue, audio-visual and food & beverage vendor procurement and management
* Experience in partner & sponsorship acquisition, including the curation of relevant documentation (e.g. partner packs, prospectus documentation)
* Understanding of digital event marketing campaigns
* High-level expertise with all the usual 'tech' (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Canva)
* Some experience preferred in the latest collaboration, planning and event/marketing tools (e.g. Monday, Deputy, Slido), along with an understanding of virtual event platforms (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams, OnAIR by EventsAIR)
* Understanding of OH&S policy & procedures
