Job Title
A Senior Business Development Manager is required to oversee and grow key relationships across Brisbane South, down to Gold Coast and into Northern New South Wales.
About the Role
* The successful candidate will drive business growth by managing and expanding relationships with existing partners while developing new sales opportunities.
* Representing the company across commercial project tenders, working closely with stakeholders to provide tailored solar and energy storage solutions.
* Delivering in-depth product training, sales updates, and technical support to clients via face-to-face meetings, online presentations, and events.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive business growth through strategic partnership development and sales excellence.
* Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, seminars, and webinars to build strong relationships and generate new business opportunities.
* Analyse customer data and market trends to implement strategies that improve channel performance and territory results.
Requirements
* Possess a strong understanding of the solar energy supply chain – from manufacturer to end user.
* A background in selling solar panels, batteries, or inverters to installers, EPCs, or distributors.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
