We are seeking an enthusiastic Diploma Educators to join our team at our Cardinia Shire Locations.
At Lakeside Children's Centre & Pakenham Springs Children's Centre, everyone belongs. We embrace inclusive practices that value all children, families, and cultures. Our experienced educators create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating environment where children feel safe, inspired, and supported.
We foster a love of learning through play-based experiences, encouraging children to explore, create, and take considered, age-appropriate risks. This approach helps them build confidence, collaborate, and communicate, nurturing them to become successful, competent, and capable learners.
At ECMS, we have services rated Exceeding National Quality Standard, reflecting our commitment to high-quality, inclusive, and engaging early childhood education.
We have two Diploma roles at the following services:
Lakeside Children's Centre
Diploma Educator: Tuesday & Thursday 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Friday 9:15 am–12:45 pm
Total of 19.5 hours a week.
Pakenham Springs Children's Centre
Diploma Educator: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Thursday 8:00 am–1:15 pm
Total of 19.5 hours a week.
About you

4. You have a drive to grow and improve continually.
5. You value kindness and respect.
6. Passionate about sessional kindergarten programs, supporting children's learning and development.
7. Experience working with children with diverse needs, fostering inclusion, confidence, and engagement.
8. You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations.
9. You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC and a first aid certificate.

10. You'll create a supportive environment where children are safeguarded to learn and grow.
11. You'll develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the ECMS pedagogical framework.
12. You'll build strong relationships with children, families, the community and colleagues.
13. You'll actively participate in a culture of reflection and continuous improvement.
