Job Description
This role is critical to the successful management of contracted activities.
The Commissioning Lead plays a key part in ensuring consistent and high-quality management, responsible for managing contract performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing quality improvement projects related to commissioning
* Providing guidance on commissioning best practices and processes
* Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this position, you will have:
* Experience in contract management and project delivery, including scoping, planning, implementing, monitoring, reporting, and evaluating projects/contracts
* Ability to actively identify, promote, and support change management processes
* Tailored spoken/written communication skills
* Initiative-taking ability with a focus on producing high-quality work outcomes
* Proficiency in interpreting service delivery financial reports
* Knowledge of Work Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity, Cultural Safety, and Continuous Improvement principles
