CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead recruitment delivery and support our expanding office in Darwin, NT. With a minimum of three years’ recruitment experience, you’ll bring proven expertise in managing end-to-end processes, building strong client relationships, and driving outcomes across multiple industries. As a senior member of the team, you’ll play a key role in mentoring junior consultants and contributing to overall office performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery, from advertising to onboarding. Build and manage lasting relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction. Actively source, assess, and place high-quality candidates across diverse industries. Conduct interviews, reference checks, and candidate assessments with professionalism. Write engaging job advertisements and manage candidate pipelines. Provide mentoring and guidance to junior consultants. Contribute to the success of the Darwin office by driving results and supporting growth initiatives. Our Ideal Candidate: Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment (blue-collar, white-collar, or both). Strong background in client relationship management and business development. Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality. Exceptional communication, organisation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems. Self-motivated, energetic, and commercially focused. Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
