About the Role:
* Responsible for the day to day running of a busy holiday park
* Engage in marketing activities to maximise revenue opportunities
* Lead and motivate your team to maximise results
* Manage and maintain facilities to the highest possible standards within budgeted overhead costs
* Attend to after-hours call outs
You will be responsible for managing a high occupancy park and contributing to the leadership of the organisation. You will also have the opportunity to establish and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Qualifications in Hospitality or similar
* Practical experience in managing a holiday/caravan park
* Competent financial accounting, budgeting and reconciliation skills
* Strong administration, written and verbal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and think independently
