Inspire and motivate your team, driving a positive, high-energy environment that keeps everyone engaged Oversee rostering, recruitment, stock management, and ensure compliance, with guidance from the Manager Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and create development plans to help your team grow Take responsibility for profit and loss, budgets, and KPIs to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant Lead the Local Matters program, supporting local causes and building strong relationships within the community What do you need? 2 years experience in QSR and drive-thru operations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team. A knack for maintaining speed, efficiency and quality - even during peak times. A passion for building a strong team culture and delivering top-tier customer service.
