Expert Return to Work Advisor
The role of Expert Return to Work Advisor is pivotal in supporting claims teams with strategic return to work, recovery, and independence advice.
This expert will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting claims risk triage, case management strategies for more complex claims, educating claims staff on injury and RTW best practices, enhancing injury management planning, and undertaking face-to-face interventions where required to support customers.

* Support customers and clients with the recovery, return to work (RTW), and return to health, undertaking RTW and treater conference visits where required;
* Support case management of injury recovery with regular face-to-face claim conferencing and proactive identification of psychosocial factors impacting injury recovery;
* Develop and support strategic return to work and recovery solutions, coaching teams in continuous improvement and best practice claims management;
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, medical professionals, and Vocational Rehabilitation Providers throughout the recovery journey to support recovery at work outcomes;
* Identify and administer opportunities for education, benefits of services, and other rehabilitation and/or vocational support to create positive impact to return to work outcomes;
* Educate and inform stakeholders on the return to work process and legislative requirements;
About You
* Previous experience and/or qualifications in injury rehabilitation, vocational counselling, or allied health are highly regarded;
* Able to work in a sensitive environment with compassion and professionalism;
* Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of organisation;
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills;
* A strategic mindset and approach to work;
* A strong sense of team and collaboration;
* A resilient attitude;
* Current Australian driver's license (full).
