About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and driven Laser & Skin Therapist to join our team at SILK Laser Clinics Burnside Village. In this role, you'll help deliver real results for our clients through industry‐leading treatments, personalised care, and exceptional service.

What You'll Do
* Provide expert consultations and personalised treatment plans
* Deliver a range of skin and laser services to the highest clinical standards
* Build strong client relationships that keep them coming back
* Collaborate with your team to achieve individual and clinic‐wide goals
* Recommend tailored skincare solutions for lasting results
What You'll Bring
* Diploma in Beauty Therapy (required)
* Experience with medical‐grade devices like Candela Lasers (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and client service skills
* A proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs and deliver on sales targets
* A passion for skin health and a commitment to client satisfaction
