Job Description

The Sales Coordinator role is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a high level of enthusiasm, energy, and dedication. As an active member of the team, you will work closely with both internal and external associates to support sales activities and administration in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for assisting with building campaign proposals, creating and running relevant reports, liaising with clients on campaign site lists and photography agreements, and communicating with Trading & CTU to build campaign site selections and prepare advertising contracts for our clients.

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter who is happy to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving business and industry. In addition to intermediate Microsoft Office skills, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, ability to multitask, self-management and confidence, and ability to work unsupervised.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; generates solutions
* Communication: Speaks clearly and persuasively; demonstrates good group presentation skills; writes clearly and varies style to meet need
* Ability to multitask
* Self-Management & Confidence
* Ability to work unsupervised
