Two Bobs Sourdough Bakery is looking for a baker and Pastry Chef. We are situated in Nelson Bay, Port Stephens. We are a small family business, and encourage a friendly and professional work environment.

We are looking for a motivated learner, with a passion for baking and patisserie to join our small team. Experience is preferred, a background in hospitality is ideal. If your fed up with hospitality hours, split shifts etc this could be the job for you. 3am starts most days and finished by lunchtime.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years hospitality experience.

Must have FULL working rights in Australia. No sponsorship.

Certificate III in Patisserie/Commercial Cookery/Baking or equivalent qualification is preferred.

You will learn all aspects of sourdough production baking, mixing and hand shaping. As well as laminated dough production, while working with our small friendly & dedicated team on a daily basis.
