About The Role
Provide consumer‑focussed, goal‑oriented clinical care and targeted psychological interventions to consumers referred to the MyStep to Mental Wellbeing Hub. The role involves comprehensive assessment and evidence‑based psychological intervention for consumers with low to medium intensity needs.
Employment Details
* Type: Temporary full‑time (until 30 June 2026)
* Classification: Dependent on qualifications (Occupational Therapist / Counsellor / Social Worker)
* Remuneration: $74,317.94 – $108,943.00 per annum (pro‑rata + super + 17.5% leave loading where applicable)
* Hours: up to 38 per week
* Location: Griffith

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive and evidence‑based psychological care to consumers with a mental illness, disorder or dysfunction.
* Conduct assessment and develop individualized intervention plans.
* Provide targeted psychological interventions to consumers with low to medium intensity needs.
* Maintain high quality, safe consumer care within best practice guidelines and professional standards.
Qualifications
* Relevant Australian standard qualification (Occupational Therapist / Counsellor / Social Worker) – see Position Description for classification details.
* Experience delivering psychological interventions and assessment in a community or clinical setting.
* Proficiency in working within multidisciplinary teams and applying ethical and legal boundaries.
