GP Practice Manager
As an experienced Practice Manager, you will ensure the smooth day to day operation of our busy medical practice through:
* The management and development of both Reception and Nursing teams
* The ability to establish a good rapport with Doctors, Staff and Patients
* Managing the financials of the practice including patient billings & Payroll
* Recruiting of additional staff as required, establishing rosters appropriate to the needs of the business
* Managing patient records and confidentiality of same
* Identify areas of improvement and drive change
* Identify, review and troubleshoot operational issues
* Patient complaint handling
* Monitoring practice safety and maintaining accreditation standards.
This role will commence immediately and will require you to have the following skills and attributes:
