Overview of the Role
This is a relationship-led Account Manager role where you'll oversee and grow a portfolio of SME clients. You'll act as a trusted advisor—strategising ways to promote their offerings, open new trade opportunities, and deliver measurable business value. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys client interaction, consultative selling, and driving outcomes. About the Role
Manage and develop a portfolio of SME clients within a large business network
Promote clients' goods and services across the trade exchange system
Negotiate mutually beneficial trade deals and partnerships
Provide ongoing consultative support and business strategy insights
Keep client records up to date in the CRM and contribute to team meetings

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Proficient in CRM systems and reporting tools
