About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to guide clients through their home lending journey — turning warm leads into long-term relationships and successful settlements.
This role offers a 3-month salary to help you establish your pipeline, followed by a highly rewarding commission model. You'll receive continuous mentoring, training, and a steady flow of qualified leads to help you grow quickly and sustainably.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Speaking with warm, qualified leads — no cold calling required
* Understanding client goals and tailoring the most suitable lending solutions
* Managing applications from assessment through to settlement
* Updating clients regularly and building meaningful long-term relationships
* Liaising with lenders, BDMs, solicitors, and referral partners
* Ensuring compliance, accuracy, and documentation standards are met
* Using social media and digital tools to support brand presence and client engagement
About You:
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in mortgage broking or a background in finance, lending, or banking
* Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and MFAA membership
* Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
* Strong organisational and goal-focused mindset
* Confidence managing loan applications from start to finish
* A proactive, growth-oriented approach to learning
* Mandarin language skills (highly regarded but not essential)
