* You are an experienced disputes lawyer
* You have franchising experience, which would be beneficial
* You have had exposure to projects relating to disputes with licensees, which would be beneficial
* You are comfortable dealing with external lawyers and dealing with stakeholders
* You have the ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously
* You have a minimum of 6 years' experience
* You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
* You have a current practising certificate
* You have the right to live and work in Australia
