About the role
Join Qualita Care & Support as a Disability Support Worker in one of our Perth metro locations, including Victoria Park, Armadale, and Rockingham. In this casual role, you'll provide essential support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them to live independently and participate fully in their community. We're seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts is necessary, including morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts.
What you'll be doing
* Provide personalised, high-quality support in daily living, personal care, community access, or high-intensity care (high physical support needs or behaviour support, depending on experience).
* Support participants to achieve their NDIS goals and enhance their independence.
* Build meaningful relationships based on trust, respect, and empathy.

What you'll need
* Relevant qualification or previous experience providing support to individuals with disabilities, preferably in a community-based or in-home setting (highly regarded)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
* Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
* First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Medication Certificate
* National Police Clearance
* Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
