Overview
WOW Recruitment is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for our client's Industrial Sales Team. If you're a high-performing sales professional with expertise in earthmoving, mining, transport, construction equipment, or engineering, this is your chance to join a fast-growing, high-energy team.

A proven track record in business development & sales, with experience identifying, negotiating, and closing high-value deals.
Market knowledge & existing relationships in industrial sectors such as earthmoving, mining, transport, and construction.
Experience in auctions, earthmoving, or mining equipment sales (direct or indirect experience highly regarded).
The ability to build relationships at all levels and translate client needs into tailored solutions.
A flexible & adaptable mindset to thrive in a rapid-paced, ever-evolving industry.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to influence key decision-makers.
A willingness to travel as needed (valid driver's license required).
Key Responsibilities
Work through a mix of new business leads, warm prospects, and dormant accounts to maximize sales opportunities.
Assess potential partners, perform competitive research, and develop compelling business cases.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships within both local and national teams.
Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to ensure targets, KPIs, and revenue goals are met.
Use your negotiation & influencing skills to secure and close high-value deals.
Develop and execute local sales strategies, proposals, and presentations.
