Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at two Aged Care facilities in the Northern Territory. This is a permanent full-time position working from Monday to Friday, offering a competitive hourly rate.
This role will involve providing administrative support including welcoming guests and visitors, rostering management, clinical staff diary management, stock stationary orders, invoicing and petty cash management. As the successful candidate, you will be a self-starter with previous experience working in an office or administration capacity, possessing strong computer skills and the ability to multitask. You will also have a calm and supportive manner, as you work amongst elderly residents.

Key skills and qualifications for this role include:
* Demonstrated experience using effective verbal and written communication skills
* Great time-management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
* Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
* Confidence with smartphone and digital devices, or willingness to learn
Additional requirements include:
* A National Police Check dated or lodged within the last 3 months
* Current Influenza Vaccination
* A current NDIS Screening check or proof of application
