About the role
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the client experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining strong, lasting client relationships
Collaborating with the Business Development team to convert leads and facilitate smooth client onboarding including initial scoping, scheduling, and planning of client programs and events
Coordinating meetings, check-ins, and planning sessions to deliver exceptional client experiences
Improve the client journey through streamlined processes like Salesforce lead management, proposals, and sales tracking
Managing key projects and events to ensure timely, effective delivery using tools like Trello and Salesforce
Working with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing, purchase orders and payment processing
Fostering a collaborative, communicative, and high-performing culture within our Client Services Team
Mentoring team members, set goals, and support their professional development through coaching and feedback
Promoting continuous process improvements to ensure efficiency and outstanding outcomes
About you
We are looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
You will be highly proactive, ownership-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a knack for solving complex challenges.
To be considered for this role you will possess:
4+ years' experience in a client-facing or supporting role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships at all levels
Strong administration and organisation skills with advanced proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Dropbox and Apple products
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Customer-focused with keen attention to detail and commercial awareness
A relevant degree or higher education, project management experience and a background in coaching or education industries is highly regarded
