About the role:
Auslink Transportation P/L are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to
join our team and support the creation of a productive work environment that aligns with our
organizational growth to manage the workforce which include independent contractors.
Job Specification
- Develop and implement HR strategies to meet business objectives, including talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Provide advice and assistance to management staff on the implementation of recruitment, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
- Represent the organization in negotiations with employees, unions, and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement safe work practices and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage employee costs, including salaries, benefits, and training expenses.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational performance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee
- engagement and well-being.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources with 3 years' experience in Human Resources/Employee Relations in a management role, and in reputed organisation/sand/or
- Diploma in Human Resources/ Business Management with 5 years working experience in Human Resources/Employee Relations in a management role, and in reputed organisation Person Specification
- Extensive knowledge of human resource management principles, practices, and relevant employment laws.
- Excellent communication skills in English language (both writing and speaking),good communication skills in Sinhala & Tamil languages are essential.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
