* Conduct identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews.

* Assist customers with mail lodgements and associated costs.
About You:
* Exhibit friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable behavior.
* Hold experience in customer service and/or cash handling.
* Meet physical demands of lifting up to 16kgs of mail regularly and standing for your shift.
