The Role
Reporting into senior venue leadership, this Management position is primarily customer-facing, overseeing daily service delivery while supporting a large and diverse front-of-house team. The role works alongside other senior managers, with a focus on versatility, adaptability, and exceptional guest experience.
* Overseeing daily operations in a high-volume environment
* Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of up to 20 staff across tasting and concierge services
* Managing rosters, floor coverage, and service flow
* Maintaining tasting lists, service standards, and customer engagement practices
* Supporting administrative tasks as required, with scope to shape the role based on strengths
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in hospitality or customer-facing management roles
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams on the floor
* Confident communicator with a warm, engaging service style
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Passion for wine, tourism, or premium customer experiences
