We're seeking a driven, independent and resilient BDM to join our top-tier sales team. Our sales process is long and involves nurturing prospects contemplating significant changes to their HR and payroll systems. This role demands a rare blend of tenacity, persistence, and patience. Your local experience and strong relationship building skills are critical to your success.
You will be: -
* Creating, identifying, and qualifying prospects- Your hunter instincts will be vital in uncovering new opportunities
* Building and managing your sales pipeline- Strategically managing leads from initial contact to close
* Managing clients through the sales process, including:
* Responding to tenders, EOIs, RFPs, and RFIs
* Leading solution presentations
* Generating quotations and leading commercial negotiations
* Closure of new business
* Completion of contract and release documentation and guiding contract negotiations
* Attending and leading seminars, conferences, and exhibitions
* Working collaboratively to develop demand generation initiatives
You
Your exceptional track record in securing new business with a complex product in a highly competitive market is crucial. Driving new business in Payroll, WFM, HCM, ERP or bespoke technology solutions would be perfect.
* Results Driven- You proactively seek new business and thrive in a competitive and complex environment.
* B2B Success- You have a track record of closing deals with medium to long sales cycles, ideally selling top-tier bespoke solutions.
* Exceptional Communicator- You effortlessly connect with C-suite executives, finance, HR and payroll teams in presentations and through written communication. You ask insightful questions to fully understand prospects' needs.
* Relationship Builder- You quickly establish rapport and leverage relationships to negotiate favourable commercials and contracts.
* Self-Manager- You are not looking to have your hand held. You thrive in an independent environment where your results speak for themselves. You prioritise effectively and build strong relationships with internal teams to support your sales efforts.
