What's the role?
A Customer Service Officer at St George plays a key role in assisting customers with their banking needs. This role typically involves providing support for everyday banking transactions, answering inquiries, and offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. The role of a Customer Service Officer involves consistently processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately, in addition to providing a seamless service. You will also identify opportunities to help our customers meet their financial needs by referring them to the right person.

This is a part-time, branch-based role working 21 hours per week, and the hours are across and inclusive of Monday to Friday.
