Lead one of Lincoln Sentry's key distribution hubs in Acacia Ridge, QLD.
As a Branch Manager, you'll drive smooth day‑to‑day operations while leading a passionate, close‑knit team on the shop floor. You'll champion great customer service, support staff development, and promote our extensive product range to achieve sales targets. This is a Monday–Friday role, 7:30am–4:00pm, offering stability and a strong team culture.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage day to day branch operations
* Service all customers, create and transact orders
* Leading a team of staff and providing ongoing training and support
* Picking, packing and dispatching customers' orders
* Stock management, merchandising and marketing activity
* Participate in cycle counts and stock takes
* Financial management of the branch – full P&L responsibilities

What We're Looking For
* Ability to work well within a team focusing on servicing existing business relationships
* Developing new business opportunities
* Strong customer service skills
* Warehousing experience and knowledge of SAP is advantageous
* Good computer skills
* A good level of physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 20kgs occasionally
* High numeracy skills and strong attention to detail
