We are currently seeking for
experienced knife hand/trimmer/Butcher
for an immediate start at our processing facility in
Osborne Park
.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Experience in Pre trim from Beef fore quarters and hind quarters
Ability cut to trim and yield specification as per requirements.
Experience in operating bandsaw will be advantage.
Knowledge of the dropped meat procedure.
Willing to undergo a Pre-employment medical.
Physically fit with an ability to complete repetitive motion tasks with hands and wrists.
Must be reliable and punctual with attendance.
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong health, safety and food hygiene focus and the ability to ensure company guidelines are adhered to.
Ability to speak, write and understand a basic level of English and to understand and follow instructions. All positions will be required to work within a team-based environment to achieve daily tasks and requirements.
