What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for reliable, proactive, and confident support workers who are experienced in supporting clients with complex needs, including:
Complex mental health and medical support
Community access and engagement
Managing high-needs clients with empathy and professionalism
A non-judgmental attitude is essential. These roles involve supporting individuals with a variety of disabilities and complex care requirements. Only suitably experienced applicants will be considered.

Mandatory Requirements
The Minimum of Cert III (in Aged/Disability/Community Care/Individual Support) OR AHPRA registration
Extensive Industry Experience In Personal Care ( PCA)
Ability to travel to your clients' locations around Ballarat and Surrounding areas.
The Right To Work In Australia
National Police Check (Aged care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)
Working with Children Check.
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
NDIS Worker Screen Clearance
