Job Description
Marsh McLennan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Risk and Compliance team as a Senior Manager, Culture and Training. This role will be based in Australia and will involve working with a hybrid model, with at least three days per week spent in the office.
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the operation of the Board Approved Risk Culture Framework for each participating entity across the Pacific region. As the Subject Matter Expert, you will play a critical role in driving the enhancement and uplift of organisational processes to enhance risk culture behaviours.
* Design and implement a comprehensive risk culture development strategy across the MMC Pacific entities, promoting a proactive approach to risk management.
* Develop a three-year strategic roadmap and plan to transform risk culture across MMC Pacific.
* Provide expert input into Risk Culture Frameworks and maturity practices to mature the quality of Risk Culture Management practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Experience working in governance, regulatory compliance or legal areas with experience in Australia, New Zealand or United Kingdom.
* Sound understanding and ability to operate within Legal, Risk and Compliance frameworks.
* Ability to provide value-add, strategic advice to senior executives and Board stakeholders in respect of risk culture behaviours and consequence controls.
