We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Retail Operations Coordinator to assist our Group Retail Operations Manager in the day-to-day coordination and management of retail operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring our retail network operates smoothly and efficiently, providing operational support, project management assistance, and effective communication across our brands. THE ROLE: Maintain and optimise Brand Hubs on SharePoint and manage internal communications. Compile and distribute weekly trade updates and monthly process updates to retail teams. Provide ad-hoc project and administrative support, including project tracking and budget monitoring. Assist with reporting, data analysis, document preparation, and meeting coordination. Support the retail team with queries, resources, and change management initiatives. On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent. Experience providing high-level administrative support and coordinating projects. Retail experience highly regarded. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and familiar with project management tools, POS systems, or Canva. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Adaptable, proactive, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
