Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our Brisbane team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, providing technical expertise, and building strong client relationships within the electrical and cables industry. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with commercial acumen to promote EESA's extensive product portfolio, including solar cables, fire rated cables, HV, MV cables, EV harnesses, Combiner boxes and cable accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

* Technical Sales & Business Development:
* Promote EESA's cable solutions (e.g., solar harnesses, HV cables, fire-rated cables) to new and existing clients.
* Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations to address client needs.
* Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
* Client Relationship Management:
* Act as a trusted advisor, fostering long-term partnerships with clients in sectors like renewables, utilities, and infrastructure.
* Provide after-sales support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Market Strategy & Analysis:
* Identify market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth in QLD and nationally.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with EESA's project capabilities and product innovations.
* Project Coordination:
* Work closely with operations, technical, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Prepare accurate quotes, scope definitions, and cost estimates for client proposals.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in cables, electrical products, or related industries.
* Strong understanding of Australian standards, certifications (e.g., ISO, TUV), and industry regulations.
* Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and project costing tools.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
