Disability Services Coordinator We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Disability Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for assisting in the hiring of new staff, training and developing your team, and supporting the daily operations of our café to provide excellent customer service. * Developing effective strategies to engage with local communities and networks to promote our services; * Providing support and guidance to trainees participating in our program, helping them build their self-confidence, barista skills, customer service abilities, and employability qualities; "About The Role" We are committed to finding innovative ways to support people with disabilities.
