Our very well regarded multinational client is hoping to recruit a collaborative, organised Operations Support / junior Executive Assistant. This role will support the strategic operations team and members of the leadership team through efficient administration and support. The Role: Foster a collaborative, efficient environment by providing admin support - track deadlines, keep task on track, schedule meetings etc Enhance operational and administrative efficiency - prepare and manage documents, reports and presentations, take minutes and track actions Oversee office management - order and maintain office supplies and keep the office well organised Travel arrangements - coordinate bookings and journey management Key Skills to be Successful: Previous experience in a busy admin role Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively Highly organised with strong multitasking skills Deliver high quality outcomes with a positive, energetic approach This is a fantastic opportunity to join a wonderful team in a company that truly supports your long term career aspirations
