Title: Organizational Change Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Organizational Change Manager to join our Canberra-based team in a permanent full-time capacity. This role offers the stability of a permanent position within the APAC delivery team, with the opportunity to lead and support high-impact transformation and remediation projects across government and enterprise clients.
You will work closely with delivery, project and client teams in Canberra, as well as a global network of change management professionals, to deliver outcomes that enable successful adoption, engagement, and cultural transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored change management strategies and plans aligned with project objectives and client outcomes.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to inform delivery planning.
- Design and deliver communication plans, engagement activities, and training programs to support adoption and behavioural change.
- Partner with internal and client OCM teams to ensure alignment and integration of change initiatives.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to internal teams and junior practitioners.
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposals, presentations, and thought leadership.
- Support internal initiatives, including cultural transformation and leadership development programs.
About You
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree along with 6–8 years of relevant experience in Organizational Change Management.
- Demonstrated experience delivering OCM programs in government or enterprise environments.
- Strong background in communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, coaching, and training delivery.
- Certifications such as Prosci, CMAP, MMC, ITILv4, Agile, or Prince2 are highly regarded.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively across geographically dispersed teams.
- Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Baseline or NV1 security clearance (existing clearance highly regarded).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
