Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will manage external vendors and drive key initiatives across cloud technologies, cybersecurity, system integration, and AI innovation.
This role requires close collaboration with senior executives and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, future-ready systems aligned with organisational goals.
Some travel may be required as part of this national leadership position.About YouBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field7+ years of IT leadership experience in a mid-to-large, multi-site organizationProven ability to assess and optimise tech stacksStrong expertise in cybersecurity, AI implementation, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)Skilled in stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and team leadershipCommercially minded with a strategic, solution-focused approachPostgraduate qualifications or relevant certifications highly regardedMust hold and maintain a Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening (as required for Risk Assessed Roles)Must hold a current unencumbered Class C Driver's License.About UsAt Kanda, we're more than a care provider – we're a community.
