These are ongoing positions offering stability, consistent hours, and opportunities to develop your skills within a professional food preparation and packaging environment.
Full-time candidates are preferred, though students and longer term visa holders are also encouraged to apply
Available Positions
Butcher – Portion Cutting Specialist Rate : $
per hour + Penalties
Start Time : 4 : 00am
Prepare and portion secondary cuts of meat for the production team with precision and consistency
Ideal for experienced butchers with strong knife skills and attention to detail.
Butcher – Generalist Rate : $
per hour + Penalties
Start Time : 4 : 00am
Responsible for breaking down carcasses into primary cuts, dicing, trimming and using the bandsaw
Previous experience in boning and carcass break down is essential
Knife Hand Rate : $
per hour + Penalties
Start Time : 4 : 00am
Open cartons of bulk primary cuts from suppliers, trim, and slice meat for further processing
Abattoir or boning room experience is highly regarded
Production Worker Rate : $
per hour + Penalties
Start Time : 5 : 00am
Assist with scraping meat from bones, mincing, and marinating meat products.
Suited to candidates who enjoy hands-on processing work
Warehouse Operator Rate : $
per hour + Penalties
Start Time : 5 : 00am
Duties include packing, stacking, wrapping, labeling, and dispatching meat products
Forklift licence is highly desirable but not required
