You'll play a key role in coordinating shipments, ensuring materials move efficiently through our supply chain, and supporting the wider logistics and purchasing teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Raise and process shipments
* Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery
* Generate and distribute shipment reports for internal teams
* Collaborate closely with the Logistics Manager to resolve issues and optimise processes
* Provide assistance to the Purchasing Department during quieter logistics periods
* Maintain accurate documentation and data integrity within logistics systems
About You
* Previous experience in a logistics, freight, or materials coordination role (mining/resources experience highly regarded)
* Proficient and proven logistics expereince and ERP systems knowledge
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
* Confident communicator able to work cross-functionally
* Ability to work independently and prioritise competing deadlines
