OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Warehouse worker to join our client's dynamic and fast-paced team in Darwin.
This position offers variety, with responsibilities across warehouse operations, administration duties, customer service, and sales support.
Working in a busy warehouse and fabrication environment, you'll often be in proximity to moving vehicles and machinery.

With decades of industry know-how, they specialise in mechanical insulation, fireproofing, corrosion protection, sheet metal fabrication and heat tracing—delivering services across vital sectors including oil and gas, mining, energy and marine.ResponsibilitiesReceived, inspected, and stored incoming stock in line with purchase ordersPicked, assembled, and packaged orders for dispatchOperated forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safelyUsed inventory systems to manage stock and support warehouse operationsCreated skids and pallets according to packing requirementsAssisted customers entering the warehouse in a professional mannerMaintained cleanliness, safety, and organisation within the workspaceParticipated in regular inventory counts and provided general team supportPerformed frequent physical tasks including walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 27kgResponded to product and service inquiriesManaged phone and email orders, including client follow-upsUpsold products and identified new sales opportunitiesMaintained up-to-date product knowledge and accurate customer recordsSupported showroom setup and prepared documentation for large ordersSkills & QualificationsAustralian C Class Driver's LicenceConstruction CardForklift LicenceHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyWorking knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocolsStrong communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to read, write, and complete documentation clearly and accuratelyFamiliarity with different materials and standard units of measureCapacity to identify when equipment requires maintenance or repairTeam player with a can-do attitude and strong multi-tasking abilitiesReady to Get Started?
