The Role
This is a strategic, senior role where you will drive the successful, high-impact acceleration of enterprise cloud adoption. As an Associate Principal, you will not only lead high value engagements but also serve as a key technical advisor and thought leader, directly influencing the cloud adoption roadmap and standards across multiple client portfolios.
We are looking for a proven leader with deep migration and consulting expertise. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience across the following areas:
Cloud Leadership & Architecture
* Proven end-to-end leadership of enterprise AWS migration programs, including deep expertise with the AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) lifecycle, delivery framework, and funding mechanisms.
* Expert-level knowledge of AWS services, specifically within migration (e.g., Application Discovery Service, Migration Hub, SMS, DMS) and broader foundational services (Networking, Security, Compute).
* Experience in defining and implementing cloud governance frameworks, cost management strategies, and operational models for large enterprises.
Delivery & DevOps
* Deep practical experience in managing and implementing automated provisioning, continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD), and configuration management using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, and Jenkins.
* Experience with various migration strategies (Rehost, Replatform, Refactor) and the associated tooling and trade-offs.
Consulting & People Skills
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive-level audiences.
* Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow high-performing cross-functional cloud engineering and delivery teams.
* Demonstrated experience in pre-sales and shaping complex migration proposals, including estimating effort and defining the target operating model.
